Return Policy

Orders

Urban Petals accepts online orders seven days a week. We have a $20 minimum for all online orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Store Orders: Merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item with 14 days of purchase with receipt. Plants, fresh flowers, food items, curated gift boxes may not be returned and are not eligible for store credit.

Online Orders: We take great pride in providing you with an excellent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied 100% with your online order, please email boutique@urbanpetalsllc.com within 48 hours from receipt of your order with a return request.

We recommend that all returns be sent insured with tracking as Urban Petals cannot be held responsible for lost of damaged products. Any items returned must be kept in their original boxes must be kept and merchandise must be unused. Any returned merchandise that arrives back to Urban Petals in damaged condition due to carrier mishandling will be denied and will be your responsibility for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Any items that are returned damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All curated gift boxes, custom orders, flowers, and plants are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Please note that some of our products are vintage and/or one of a kind pieces, so they may be distressed or have blemishes. These items will not be considered as defective and may not be returned.
